At [Rink Skate Pro], all products are made-to-order. This means each item is printed specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Because our products are custom-produced, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
- The customer changed their mind after placing the order.
- The customer entered an incorrect shipping address.
- The item does not fit as expected due to incorrect size selection.
- The order is already in production or has been shipped.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

- The item arrives damaged.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The item has a printing error.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at [support@yourstore.com] within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the product.
- A clear photo of the issue or defect.
- A photo of the shipping label, if applicable.

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
